GRRR! I am so full of anger right now!

My hates of the series: Derek Jeter. Derek Jeters tight pants. Mark Texiera. Mark Texieras stupid smug face. Punto striking out with bases loaded. Baker giving up 5 runs in 3 innings. Us giving up 3 runs in the 2nd inning. Us falling behind so far that we can't catch up. Jeter's leadoff singles. Us giving up on everything. Span picked off 2nd. Getting swept. Getting swept at home. (Plus others that I can't think of at the time)

Even though thats alot of hates, it makes me feel a whole lot better. I needed to tell somebody about my Twins fusterations, so there you go world.

Claps for: Mauer for the HR, Kubel with the HR, Gomez with that AWESOME catch, Morales for being a big boy, Swarzak (he didn't do that bad, we just sucked)

Changing the subject...

I found another look-alike. This time it is A.J. Burnett and Jenna Boyd (She played in movies such as Sisterhood of the traveling pants and Dickie Roberts Child Star)

Poor Picture Quality for Burnett. Best I could find!

Another thing I recently thought of. Remeber Ramon Ortiz? haha! I found him while looking through my 2007 team scrapbook. He wasn't very good, and good thing we traded him!
Remember now? ha.

Down under

Again. We try so hard to go over .500 let alone reach .500, and then just fall. Today's bat's were ICE. We got nothing.

Can we just forget that game? It's kind of hard too. 4 games back, 1 game ahead of Chicago, and once again 1 below .500. I guess there is some positives....

1) We are going to Milwaukee, and they just got swept and so it's the perfect time to beat them again.
2) Kevin Slowey gets to bat on Thursday in Milwaukee... (LIE! he is batting when in St.Louis on the 27th because of "sore ribs". Sad day folks, sad day)
3) I hate Detroit >:(

Congrats Cuddy, on your homerun for the only Twins run today and to Brian Buscher who got the other hit.

Not much else to say about today's blah game. So sorry to all the dads that came out to the dome to see a pittiful performance, and to Joe Mauer, whose 12 game hitting streak ended today.

Ranger Smashing

Ahh...great game. 14 runs, 4 homers, 5 RBI for Morneau and 3 for Mauer. (They both were on MLB's Last Nights Performers)

Twins got a season high of 4 homers in 1 game. They came from Mauer, Morneau, Young (on his bobblehead day!) and Buscher.

Livan Hernandez didn't blow the lead either (whew) and earned the win by only giving up TWO RUNS!

Today's game however was heartbreaking. Scotty only gave up 2 hits and yet the Twins lost. They would have won it in the 9th, but the umpire didn't let Justin go to first when he got hit in the hand. I was so sad for Baker since he pitched sooo well, but 1 homerun lost it for the Twins.

Up next is the Yankees. Remember what we did to them last time? Well lets do it again. And you know, we have the 2 best pitchers coming to start it off...Blackburn and Slowey :)

Please Stop the Madness!!

I am so overwhelmed right now. The Twins really bring my spirits down. I am on the verge of rooting for another team. No...No, No, No. Not gunna happen. I still have [some] faith in them...

That was an AMAZING outing by Baker that was wasted. You can't blame ANYTHING on our pitchers, it was all sluggy offense and poor baserunning.

I kept saying to my self in the 9th inning: "Holy Macri. Holy Macri. Holy Macri." During his at bat (didn't help). Gomez came so close of tying the game up 1-1. But Francisco, who basically robbed everything that game, caught it AT THE WALL.

Dear Morneau,

It's ok man. You lined into a double play and flew into one. Don't worry it wasn't your fault. You were just trying TO GET RUNS IN like a normal baseball player. Gomez and Mauer just had brain problems yesterday (i.e. Mauer swings at a high fastball...he NEVER does that!!).

Just hit a homerun and you'll feel better.

Everytime I think of the Twins right now i think: 1) Kevin Slowey! 2) 6 game losing streak :( 3) 6.5 games back :(

I would like to replace those thoughts with: 1) Kevin Slowey! 2) 6 game winning streak! :) 3) 6.5 games ahead of CHICAGO. :)
